PilotMain LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Maryland, United States, is the controller of the personal data described here. This page covers information you share through our marketing site and when you contact us. Product-specific privacy practices may be described in each app's settings or documentation as those products mature.

We do not sell your personal information. We use contact details you provide (such as email) only to respond to inquiries, operate waitlists, and deliver PilotOS-related communications you have asked for.

Like most sites, our hosting and analytics providers may process technical data (for example IP address, browser type, and coarse location) to keep the service secure and reliable. We aim to minimize retention and use vendors with sensible safeguards.

Specifically, we use Vercel Web Analytics and PostHogto understand which pages and products people use, and we keep our own aggregate counters of page views and downloads so we can report traffic per product. Those counters are totals only — we store a count for each day and product, not a record of individual visitors. To count returning sessions without identifying anyone, we store two values in your browser's local storage: a flag that this browsing session has been counted, and the date you were last counted. Clearing site data removes both.

None of that analytics runs until you accept it. We ask once, on your first visit; if you decline, nothing is loaded and nothing is stored beyond a record of your choice — which we keep only so we do not have to ask again. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie preferences link in the footer, and choosing to decline afterwards clears what was set while you had accepted.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what we did while consent was in place. Contact us at the address below to exercise any of these, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority. We keep the aggregate counters described above indefinitely because they identify no one; enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with the matter and our records of it.
